We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager. In this position you are responsible for performing in a leadership role to monitor financials, staffing, regulatory compliance, and policy and procedure implementation; for coaching the team of Sales Representatives in their assigned area to meet company sales growth goals and marketing Rotech services to physicians, ancillary healthcare professionals and to the hospital community; for meeting goals and objectives that are defined as a company standard for industry growth and
a sales team’s performance; for increasing revenue, increasing market share with effective sales team management and utilizing an effective marketing strategy to enhance the overall success and growth of Rotech Healthcare; and for hiring, training, and oversight of all clinical staff and activities within their defined area.
