    We are seeking Senior Account Executive with a background in respiratory services, durable medical equipment sales or home medical equipment sales to help us grow our business. In this position you will be responsible for revenue, census and setup growth of core services and products and for ensuring that the location achieves sales goals. This position also responsible for assisting management with coaching and development of new and underperforming Sales Reps.

    Responsibilities

    • Market Rotech Healthcare Inc's services, respiratory equipment, and medications to new prospects
    • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, local professionals and other referral sources in the medical community
    • Meet or exceed a monthly sales quota
    • Continually educate client
    • Markets core service and products to physicians, hospitals, home health companies, sleep labs, and other referrals sources as identified by management and account qualification
    • Accountable for achieving established sales point targets and growth targets as defined by management
    • Meets standard of company commission plan
    • Develops detailed knowledge of referral sources in the sales territory
    • Creates and acts on a strategic territory plan
    • Maintains account record profiles on all referral sources
    • Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations
    • Develops and maintains a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance guidelines
    • Works with all location staff to ensure that patient orders are filled in a timely manner and that referral sources receive the highest level of service
    • Works with clinical staff to develop and execute clinical programs

    Qualifications

    • 2 year college degree plus a minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
    • Previous experience in DME, HME, respiratory or medical sales

    Physical Demands: 

    • Travel via personal vehicle and occasionally via airplane
    • Utilize computer for hours
    • Regularly review documents with small print

    **Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a highly lucrative commission plan, a car allowance, cell phone allowance, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Tenured Sales Representatives earn up to $100,000 annually. On average, first year Sales Representatives earn $60,000-65,000!
